Openshift sonarqube image not working after 7.7 upgrade

After sonar version 7.7 the current problem occurs: java outOfMemory error. That happens because of small vm.max_map_count value when 262144 is recommended.
Locally this can be fixed, on Openshift this could be a risk due to kernel changes.
