Automation for running a perturbation in reverse #78
Description
It would be nice if there was an automated way for a user to run a perturbation in reverse. While there is the swap_end_states option, this only swaps the end states of the alchemical system, i.e. the properties suffixed with 0 or 1 are swapped. It does not swap the lambda schedule, which must be done manually. There are also other considerations, such as restraints, which might need to be updated to reference the perturbed state.
