Data for Cyber Security roadmap

For #4 (Milestone: 1)
Contribute cyber-security Roadmap data in the format of [frontend.json](https://github.com/Open-Source-Chandigarh/sadakAI/blob/main/finetune_data/frontend_data.json), the file should be named `cybersec_data.json`, for now put the file in `finetune_data` folder (this will be changed in the future).
