Horizontal scrollbar on Google Chrome while snowfall is enabled

The problem

Enabling the snowfall in Google Chrome makes the horizontal scrollbar appear.

This doesn't happen in Firefox.

It happens also on Chromium Version 142.0.7444.175 (Official Build) (64-bit), so I expect it to happen on all chromium-based browsers.

Adding the following code to pure-snow.css seems to fix the problem. I don't know if there are any side effects.

The only side effect I could see was that it made the snowfall look like it was before the actual page, instead of on the whole page. E.g. if I scroll down vertically (if I can) the snow flakes would move along instead of staying.. Not sure I'm explaining this well, but in any case, going with position: absolute and a dynamic adjustment of the container's height on initialization/resize seems to solve it nicely.

I've prepared a commit and if the tests run through green I'll push out 1.1.1.
