Festival is a goal-oriented project management methodology for human and AI development
workflows, driven by the fest and camp CLIs, installed and kept in sync by a third tool,
festival. The skills imported below describe how to plan and execute festivals. Load them when
working with festivals, phases, sequences, or tasks.
The fest and camp CLIs install automatically on session start via the bundled
hooks/hooks.json SessionStart hook (idempotent, per packaging/survey/gemini.md). If that hook
cannot run, install them by hand:
