The line number is incorrect when the stock picking is created from sales order / purchase order

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a sales order or purchase order
2. Confirm SO / PO
3. The line number sequence will start at 10 instead of 1

Expected behavior
The line number should start with number 1 for PO / SO stock picking
