Allow for integration test generations based on a snapshot #903

What you would like to be added?
KAI allows to take a snapshot of a given moment of the cluster, and then debug or extract all the scheduler logs using the snapshot tool. In most cases, we will take a snapshot if we suspect a bug or the culster reached a spacial case we might want to revisit later.
To validate that the scheduler will operate correctly in the future in these cases, we might want a separate script that wiull allow to generate a scheduler integration test pkg/scheduler/actions/integration_tests based on a given snapshot.
Why is this needed?
This will allow to easily add interesting test cases.
