Generated "Special Weather Statement" story is incomplete #7
Description
I was looking at the provisional stories and found this content (standard credit is omitted):
El Servicio Nacional de Meteorología (SNM) ha emitido un comunicado meteorológico especial para Puerto Rico. El aviso publicado a las 03:50 PM AST se extiende hasta las 04:45 PM AST y afecta a los muncipios de Ponce y alrededores, Interior occidental, Mayagüez y alrededores, y Suroeste. La descripción del evento menciona lo siguiente:
The last part translates to "The event description mentions the following:" but nothing actually follows.
I've found the bulletin which was the source of the issue, and will add it to the repo under test_files/nws_special_no_detail.json
