This is to document the progress of the EnKF component of HAFS-JEDI.
According to the communication with Sam, JEDI LETKF is very slow NOAA-EMC/RDASApp#122. So we are going to first test the GETKF component of HDASApp for HAFS-JEDI.
Initial tests were performed on Ursa and the functions working fine:
/scratch3/HFIP/hwrfv3/scrub/Xu.Lu/GDASENS/2024092412/09L/enkf_test/
Will put in the workflow and compare with the GSI version.
