Press to continue at Perk I,II,III and IIII stops

When completed the bloodweb and goes to the message about unlocking another perk slot it will not click to continue.

This is in superwide resolution, however, I've added the mapping required. The rest works fine just not the additional button click to move to the next bloodweb.

This is a known issue, fortunately it only affects the first prestige level.
