Implement metadata correction #1105

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.
User publish NMR data as samples or projects but find an error in the metadata they provided after the sample or project got published. Currently, this cannot be fixed via the UI but this should be allowed.
Describe the solution you'd like
Users should be able to update the metadata, while not touching the actual data. If metadata is updated, also the DOI metadata should be updated.
