Frame Blocks Z Fight With Embedded Covers/Panels But Only On The Positive Axes

And Fight With Themselves On The Negative Ones

How do you make it happen again?

1. Place A Frame Block
2. Observe Z Fighting On The Center Of The Crosses On The Negative Axes
3. Add Panels/Covers To The Frame Block
4. Observe Z Fighting On The Edges Of The Positive Sides Of The Frame Block
