Feature Request - Multi-Row Hotbar Palette with Scrollable List

Dear Developers,

To help streamline the building process, would you consider adding an expandable multi-row hotbar palette?

It would be wonderful to have a panel where we can see multiple saved hotbars at once, as shown in the attached mockup. Having a scrollable list with names (like "hallway" or "dark_structure") would allow us to quickly pick from dozens of saved sets without swapping them manually. This would make managing large libraries of blocks much more intuitive and efficient for complex builds.
