Feature Request: "Freeze & Ghost" Selection Tool with Transparency Control for interiors

Dear Developers,

Please consider adding a "Freeze & Ghost" tool that saves selected areas into a display panel with custom names. This would allow builders to manage and toggle transparency for specific sections even after deselecting them.

Frozen areas would be semi-transparent and ignored by brushes, allowing interior work while maintaining a bird’s-eye view for context. Crucially, this ghost state would only affect the Editor UI; blocks would appear normal during world testing or export. Including a transparency slider in the panel would give us perfect control.
