Buying a plot from resell doesn't remove resell message

Workaround is to resell the plot (usually for a high price to avoid buys), then stop resell.

Expected behavior would be it automatically stopping the reselling

Just going to put this here as it's an Area Shop issue as well: Renter/owner names are no longer on signs - it's just a dash.

Looked into this, it's just the message that doesn't go away.
Steps to replicate:

• Put plot up for resale doing /as resell 1 --region
• Have someone buy the plot
• walk on the plot.
  • the plot now says it's up for resale by the new owner but when you go to buy it, it says it's already been bought so it's just the message that doesn't go away.

Reported to dev/looking for help on their discord since it's not upkept anymore.
