[Problem/Bug]: Win11 Multisession WebView2 conflict with Citrix UPM - Blinking Desktop Icons #5529

What happened?
We have WIN 11 Multisession environment and AVD with Citrix control laver on top. On the second login on desktop once we open any MSIX application like Edge, Paint, Notepad...The desktop icons are starting to blinking a lot and all tips and tricks found on the internet do not solve this issue. We believe its the UPM conflict with WebView2 component. Anyone had such case resolved or know where to look for solution?

Repro steps
Establish first an AVD Session and on the second login, once Citrix UPM saves changes the issue will appear.
