[Problem/Bug]: PDF viewer - issue with selecting text

What happened?

I notice that few PDF file opened in WebView2 shows them correctly but there is an issue when you try to select text. Just not all text seams to be selectable.
But trying to do the same in AcrobatReader or in Chrome on windows all is fine and you can select entire textual content.

Importance

Moderate. My app's user experience is affected, but still usable.

We at Bosch can observe that issue as well with UUIDs in PDFs showing with the PDF viewer: test.pdf
