[Problem/Bug]: WPF: Webview2 Creating ghost layer stopping the mouse click after Minimize

What happened?

I have .Net Framework 4.8 WPF application
I am using Webview 2 Composite Controller
Version - 1.0.3485.44
Runtime Version - v4.0.30319

When I minimise my application, the user is not able to click on the Desktop icons.
when user press Win+D then he is able to click.

Importance

Moderate. My app's user experience is affected, but still usable.

Open View where using Webview 2

The sample you suggested it is working fine with that but there is sample app for WebView2WPFCompositionControl in that sample repo it is replicating
I tried below sample app the issue is reproducing

@karan-bodhani You can temporarily assign a StateChanged event handler to the window, such as the following. Reproduced the problem with the sample, and this event handler resolved it.

        private void Window_StateChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            if (WindowState == WindowState.Minimized)
            {
                webView.Visibility = Visibility.Collapsed;
            }
            else
            {
                webView.Visibility = Visibility.Visible;
            }
        }

@kkoutelidakis I have MVVM architecture application.
In view I am using Content Control and in VM WebView2CompositeControl object is created and binded as content to ContentControl
