Addition of XCB request

I've been keeping an eye on this project, and I'm thrilled to see that even YespowerTide had been added as a supported coin. I was wondering if it could be possible to add RandomY algo. A coin I know on this algo is Core Coin (XCB), more info can be found at https://github.com/core-coin/go-core
