BUG: flag ITYMSH

Describe the bug
Adaptive mesh with initial refinement not generated when flag ITYMSH is set to value 3.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to file conductor_grid.xlsx
2. Click on sheet GRID
3. Scroll down to line 5
4. Set ITYMSH to 3
5. Save and run the software
6. See error

Expected behavior
Adaptive mesh with initial refinement generated by the software.
