[Feature request]: Allow compression of image files

Some image files may be too large and take up a lot of space in the file, and sometimes the person using it don't need the original image.

Describe your feature request!

• Add option to default the compression within a document for all images to be compressed to a specific DPI.
• Add option to compress individual images as the user requests through the context menus.
• Provide option for converting PNGs to other space-efficient file formats (e.g. JPEG, WEBP, AVIF).
