Add more Oscar code

Sections for which we should add Oscar code:

• Genus 2 curves over $\mathbf{Q}$
• Abstract groups
• $p$-adic fields

I'll have a look at those or find interested people.

There are also code snippets missing for the other sections, but they will be tracked by the "score board".

@thofma It seems (based on list of available fields) like Oscar only supports unramified extensions of Qp, is that correct? If that's the case, it probably makes sense to postpone adding Oscar code snippets for local fields until general extensions of Qp are supported. Alternatively, one could implement some custom logic to only show those snippets on unramified extensions, but that would be cheating the score board a little.

I would leave it out for now.

This may be the wrong place to say this, but much of the data was computed with gp which does not have a native implementation of p-adic field. We used a p-maximal order in the corresponding number field. Perhaps that should be done for both gp and oscar.

Interesting. Regardless of how it was computed, though, I think it's nice to be able to inspect the data (say in Magma) by creating the field directly, and having access to its properties directly, even if there are faster ways to compute the data.

I wasn't suggesting that we remove sage or magma code, just that we could add commands for other systems showing how they can compute the data.
