Hey @taozui666, interesting. I had not thought about that being a problem before.

Have you tried setting the channel count to 1 when constructing the panner node? That will automatically down-mix any stereo audio to mono. Down mixing is done by adding together the two channels, so it would be a good idea to scale your input by 0.5 before doing this.

It would look something like this, but I have not tested it myself:
