Astro Loader just loads `<img />` tags with `__ASTRO_IMG` property, no `src`

Like title describes. Your revision properly caches the images but I'm finding images showing up with <img /> tags that lack src in the body, pointing at the correct assets. They also don't seem to optimize correctly. Trying to test further.

BTW, in the new issue, I'd like to get more detailed information like logs or real-world element screenshots in dev tools for debugging.
