vk-video-dec-test.exe fails on NV with latest drivers: "Video decode queue family not supported by hardware/driver"

using latest drvs on RTX 4070 fails: both stable 595.79 and dev VK drv 595.92 I get:

cd Vulkan-Video-Samples-v0.4.2-windows-x64\Vulkan-Video-Samples-release\bin
vk-video-dec-test.exe -i out.264
ERROR: Found physical device with name: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070, vendor ID: 10de, and device ID: 2786 NOT having the required queue families!
Video decode queue family not supported by hardware/driver

it's known?

That's interesting and unfortunately not known issue. Has it been working with a previous version or a previous driver ?
