Yes, you can definitely fine-tune on annotations.

Just pass the weight trained from SSL in pretrained_weight, https://github.com/KTH-RPL/OpenSceneFlow/blob/main/conf/config.yaml#L17

Then fine-tune on your dataset, I think it will work.
