[Feature]: Status page Subscription

Add an email subscription feature to the status page, allowing users to subscribe and receive notifications about incidents, updates, and service availability.

Subscriptions become a little bit complicated, the work required to create subscription would take a lot of time and not add too much benefit to the current state of the application. The easiest way would be to use something like Amazon SES, Postmark, SendGrid, etc... but most users would probably prefer setting up something using SMTP, and building a subscription system with SMTP becomes really complicated really quickly due to rate limiting.

That being said this is something I'll be adding but not planned for a while. I want to release a stable build before we release subscriptions.
