Add language detection functionality

- Let the user either set this in the settings page, if the user want to use the detection API or a hard coded language. 
- A certain amount of word is often needed for the detection API to ba able to do a grounded guess which language it is. If the detection probability API is uncertain show a help message that tell the user to include more words in the translation.
