Send emails grouped by organisation

In various circumstances, it would be desirable to send emails not strictly to just one recipient, but to all recipients in the organization.

This requires grouping ("aggregating") by the organization/list of recipients too.

This carries two big advantages:

• The recipients can see who else in their organization received the information. As they are all responsible for the same networks, it would not reveal confidential email addresses
• The organization using Mailgen to send emails also has a better overview of the outgoing emails, their recipients, and the number of emails is smaller.
• The latter reason also speeds up the email sending procedure.
