## São Paulo InnerSource Commons Gathering @ Mercado Livre Brazil 2025

The inaugural Brazilian edition of the InnerSource Gathering, held at Mercado Livre's office in São Paulo, had more than 30 in-person and 380 virtual participants. Pamela Rosales Sedano moderated a panel discussion on how InnerSource can transform organizations. Before the panel began, Pablo Rivero discussed the adoption of InnerSource at Mercado Livre.

Fernando Correa, Arthur Fücher and Eneri Junior participated in the discussion to share the principles, main challenges and engagement strategies of InnerSource, including examples, use cases, pain points and successes.
