[Bug] Can you resolve the bug issue of "recommended next videos" not changing when we are using Pipepipe in background and using another app?

Describe the bug
Can you resolve the bug issue of "recommended next videos" not changing when we are using Pipepipe in background and using another app?
When I add a video (or audio vid or song) to an enqueue or enqueue next list and shift to another app like telegram or opera or instapaper while listening in background and return back to see the next playing and see the recommended ones to add to list, I see same old, the one playing previously, not the new ones that comes with the new playing one. But same issue doesn't repeat if I am present in the app when the next comes to play from the current one. Seeing this issue for last 5 to 6 updates, hoping to get resolved but eventually I am posting, hoping for resolution. This sometimes has caused the issue of file not playing sometimes when net goes slow or changes between mobile data and WiFi.

Actually, this is a Feature rather than a bug. When playing in the background, the actual related videos still update, but the UI refresh stops to save battery. After switching back to the foreground, the UI update will resume normal operation.

If you need the current related videos, you can switch to the previous track and then switch back.

I had many to queue and go back to doing my work, so I cannot distract myself for this. Spotify, music players, youtube music and many other apps exists and uses this feature for this way, not the one you said, which is actually a shock for me.

Then it breaks the queue list.

Also, I have not seen any battery saving thing happening. Plus the overall app doesn't consume much so battery saving thing should not be talked at all.
