cloud-pircbotx: Is it needed?

We have the module `cloud-pircbotx` for https://github.com/pircbotx/pircbotx which has zero usages in public projects hosted on GitHub, and we've opted not to publish it for Cloud v2. If anyone happens to use this module then let us know in the comments and we will make sure to re-publish it.
