Standing: update IDC Slim from upstream

Periodically - when new features / bug fixes are implemented, we need to make a new release of dicom-microscopy-viewer, and update this fork.

Whenever fork is updated, please mention this issue in the PR and add a comment so I can easily check when the last update was made.

At the moment, let's aim for an update once ICC profile toggle and thumbnail visualization are implemented.
