Draft a demo pipeline for the usage of BEP032-example datasets

for now this will only be running spikeinterface on any of the BEP-example datasets

Demo pipeline above could/should show how to work explicitly with the BIDS sidecar files (not the data files).

For operations that are intrinsically working with NWB or NIX we should think about providing those as BIDS app.

Do we have an example where NWB and NIX would rely on the sidecar files specific for the BEP 032?

Processing pipelines should also be able to produce again BIDS conform data repos.
