Editing mode for fragment title looks off

Current Behavior

This is what editing a title looks like in the editor while editing:

This is what it looks like when not editing

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new fragment and try editing the title through inline editor on the top-left.

Expected Behavior

Editing the title shouldn't shift things down. It should appear as if the title itself just became editable. "Last modified..." shouldn't move.

1. You create a new fragment
2. Edit the fragment title
   
3. Fix alignment of text input and checkmark button
