How can i use my custom icon(s) when i create some project from a template, (instead of flixel one)
like if you have some lime project sample, but when using lime test windows it used lime icon.
and if you have some openfl project sample, but when using the command; it used openfl icon.

You change it via Openfl's Project.xml, more info here: https://lime.openfl.org/docs/project-files/xml-format/

If you have more questions try searching the OpenFL forum or asking there, as this is more of an lime/openfl thing than flixel. Though, some flixel dev may see this and help, but I myself don't know much about icons
