404 errors accessing new project

Observed/problematic behavior

I created a new project and did not choose to import an existing one. I was never presented any pages to enter more details.

The project shows in my profile, and I can click on it there. However, the data for the project does not load and the browser console shows 404 errors related to accessing the project through the api.

Hitting refresh to reload the project also returns a 404 error.

Expected behavior

I should be able to view and update my project.

Steps to reproduce

Create new project. Do not import an existing project.

Having the same issue. I do not want to make a new project as my plugin has an established name and now it registers as "name taken." Unable to bring my plugin to hanger until fix is implemented.
