hs.urlevent.openURL() not exposed appropriately in docs

The docs for hs.urlevent are entirely focused on the receiving end of requests (i.e. hammerspoon://). Yet openURL(), the only real method for making requests to external URLs, is included in this module.

The docs should be updated to clarify that this method for making outgoing requests is also present.
