Add tags to locations.

A nice feature would be to be able to add tags to locations. For example,

the location "Krautspace" should be assigned with the tags "Hackspace", "Krautspace" and "Jena", such that if you add an event and set "Krautspace" as location, these tags will be added automatically.

Thus you would have to type less tags; moreover you wouldn't be able to forget to add location-related tags.

Motivation: I'd appreciate, if every event located at the Krautspace wuld automagically be tagged with Jena, as this would lead to inclusion of the respective event in Event-Pages filtering for the "Jena" tag, like https://schwarzes-jena.de/jena-events.
