May be big changes in patterns based on changes in leadership or policies that get passed. Currently we can view overall numbers or per year, but we can't do custom year ranges (e.g. 2022-2024).
If we pre-summarize the annual raw counts, it wouldn't be much of a strain on the webserver to dynamically aggregate based on the year selection.
