Checkbox ds component misaligned

Issue

• When viewing a uswds checkbox on a view page in NOFO Builder, the check and the background box decoration are misaligned.
• Unsure how widespread this is or whether it's an issue known to uswds.

Artifacts

• Example: Page in NOFO Builder
• Occurs in latest version in Chrome and Safari on latest version of Mac OS

Other notes

• Low priority
• Does not stop users from completing the workflow

Sharp eye! Those pages depart from our usual way of making tables so there is something wonky about them for sure. But, I agree, not a high priority issue.
