Default report view should be sorted alphabetically by keyname

• There is no way of knowing which field is sorted in the default view. In production, the arrow on the column header will indicate that a column is sorted in the default view, but the current fwdDev only shows that it is sorted if a user clicks on the report header. For example, the fwdDev business systems report is sorted by System Name in the default report view, but you couldn't tell just by looking at the column headers. You can see the difference in the same report in prod.
• The Data Dictionary should be alphabetically sorted by Report Name
• The FISMA System](https://stage.ea.gsa.gov/#/FISMA) report should be alphabetically sorted by System Name
• The FISMA System POCs report should be sorted by System Name
• The Records Management report should be sorted by GSA Number
• The Org list should be sorted by Org Symbol
• The investment report should be sorted by Investment name
