[FR] change default min song length to 15 seconds or disable by default?

60 seconds turned out to be too long, as several albums contain short songs. The idea behind this was to exclude things like voice messages and ringtones, but:

1. Ringtones are already excluded by default through IS_MUSIC=1 filter
2. Voice messages can be longer than a minute, so they would benefit from a hardcoded list of messengers with their voice message folders (looking at you WhatsApp), or perhaps blacklisting Android/media/ entirely by default, because I haven't heard of anyone storing music there.
