Collaborating on spec outside the tech/product team

Hello,
We are a small 25 people team, and at our size, people outside the tech/product team have to be able to access, read, comment our specs. Which tools to you use for that ? Giving a github access is not ideal and accessible, even for some PMs actually.
The onyl objection I get so far on OpenSpec is that it will isolate the specs from the rest of the company.

Yeah we've been hearing this a lot from a lot of teams using this. We're working on a paid teams product that will hopefully help solve some of this pain.
