zip with Mitral Vibe openspec-skills

As I gave Mitral Vibe a good test I quick and dirty ported the openspec skills. If you want to use them, unpack openspec-skills-for-mistral-vibe.zip and copy the files into [your/project].vibe/skills/ directory.

Mistral Vibe isn't too bad by the way. Specially when you use it together with OpenSpec. I'm creating a neovim plugin from scratch to test Mistral's capabilities.
