Extracting proportions of EEZs in specific oceanic regions? #2
Description
I need to do some manual extractions of the FishMIP FAO data/ensemble outputs, to get the proportion of each EEZ that is in the Nth Pacific (for Russia, Canada and US) as these are not directly available to download, and the proportion of the Northern Bering without the high Arctic seas in it (I have shapefiles for these regions).
I understand there is code that we can use to do this - could you please point me to the .py code where I can insert my new shapefiles to extract these data? I specifically would like to extract the time-series data (as per the SHiny App outputs "Compare Scenarios Through Time) so I can plot these all together for each EEZ portion in the Nth Pacific only.
