Bug: addon popup window doesn't work after the browser being in the background for some time

Describe the bug
If you put the browser in the background for a while and then reopen it, there's a high possibility that the addon popup window won't open if you try unless you restart the browser

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Put the browser in the background
2. Wait for a bit and reopen it
3. Try clicking an addon to open it popup window
4. Nothing happens

Device / App (please complete the following information):

• Device: Nothing Phone 2a
• OS: NothingOS 4.1
• App Version: 0.20.0
• Exists in the latest alpha release: [ ]
