coding style is not PEP8 compliant #4

Description

@ThomasWaldmann

while PEP8 is of course no requirement, it is nice to follow it (just because many python developers do and also because there are style checkers, so one can make sure coding style is consistent).

it also might help with adoption of your code and contributions when other developers don't think every second line "why is this formatted so strangely". :D

if you'ld like help with fixing this, just tell so.
