Documentation in the finite element spaces section at https://docs.fenicsproject.org/ufl/main/manual/form_language.html#finite-element-spaces is very outdated as functionality was moved to ufl.legacy in #197 then removed in #224.
Those manual pages may need a note stating that they are outdated as other sections may well be outdated too.
