Error handling spreadsheets exported from Google Drive

Excel templates that are created with RightField and then uploaded to Google Sheets behave as expected, and the correct fields and dropdown boxes are shown. However, when downloaded the exported sheet as Excel and then process in RightField an error occurs. No information is lost in the spreadsheet, and the format is correct and validated - however the problem occurs with an error in Apache POI - reported at https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=64750
